If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

FloorPlanMind provides AI-powered floor plan analysis to help property buyers evaluate layout risks.

  • • Downloadable and shareable reports

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account details and keep them updated.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Payments and Credits

FloorPlanMind uses a credit-based model. Pricing is shown in-product and may change over time.

Purchased credits do not expire.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for refund review.

We may provide replacement credits for reports impacted by technical issues or unreadable source images.

6. Acceptable Use

  • • Do not upload content you do not have rights to use
  • • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse platform limits
  • • Do not use bots/scrapers to access the service
  • • Do not use the service for fraud or unlawful activity

7. Intellectual Property

FloorPlanMind and its product assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of uploaded floor plan images. You grant us a limited license to process them for analysis.

8. Disclaimer

AI output is informational and not a substitute for professional architectural, legal, engineering, or inspection advice.

Use reports as decision support, not as a sole basis for purchase decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloorPlanMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
