These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FloorPlanMind.
FloorPlanMind is operated by Floges Software Solutions (P) LTD, India.
By creating an account, uploading a floor plan, or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FloorPlanMind provides AI-assisted floor plan analysis to help buyers review residential layouts before making a purchase decision.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
New accounts may receive one free analysis. Additional analyses require prepaid credits.
Pricing is displayed in-product and may change prospectively at any time.
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record for checkout transactions. We do not store full payment card details.
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
Unused credits may be eligible for a refund after review.
If a report could not be delivered because of a technical issue or unreadable source material, we may issue replacement credits or a refund.
Credits already consumed on successfully delivered reports are generally not refundable except where required by law.
FloorPlanMind and its product assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of uploaded floor plan images. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze them solely to provide the service.
FloorPlanMind provides AI-assisted output for informational purposes only.
Reports are not a substitute for professional architectural, engineering, legal, inspection, valuation, or other licensed advice.
You should use reports as decision support and independently verify important findings before committing to a property transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloorPlanMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create risk for other users or our providers.
